2. Placing an order with us

2.1 You can use our website to place an order by selecting the goods you wish to buy and adding them to your shopping basket. Items you do not require can be removed from the shopping basket at any time prior to check out.

2.2  Copyright and custom screens:  if you wish to use artwork that is not your own, please make sure that it is copyright free or that you have permission to use it, and you can forward that permission to us so that we are not breaching copyright by printing the image on to a screen.

2.3 We have made every effort to display the colours of the products that appear on our website as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will accurately reflect the colour of the goods.

2.4 Postage / carriage charges are calculated according to weight and delivery destination and will be displayed prior to completing the payment.

2.5 You are required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering.

2.6 All prices quoted on our website are in UK pounds (GBP) and includes Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate.

2.7 Please note that orders for delivery outside the EC will have the VAT deducted at time of processing. An invoice with details of the VAT exclusive prices will be sent with your order.

2.8 Please note that if you are ordering from outside the EC, you may be required to pay customs duty and import taxes. These charges are levied once the order reaches your country and must be paid by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be as customs policies vary widely from country to country.

2.9 When you have placed an online order with us, you will receive an automatic email to confirm that we have received your order.

2.10 When your order has been processed we will email you to advise you of the despatch date and method.

3. Privacy and security

3.1 Sharing your data: We are totally committed to protecting your privacy and we will not sell, rent, exchange or give your personal details or email address to a third party. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not disclose your contact information to any third parties other than as required for order processing, delivery and customer service or if it is necessary to comply with the law, or to enforce or apply our terms and conditions.

3.2  The data we collect: If you contact us via the website, we collect your name, email address and IP address. If you buy products from us, we collect your name and address, email address, telephone number, business name (if applicable) and IP address. The data is held securely within Bluepark (our website platform). We do not collect financial data as all online transactions are processed securely by our merchant service provider PayPal. Your credit card number will be encrypted when your order is placed using SSL encryption software and when our merchant service providers have processed the payment, we are informed of the outcome of that transaction.  If you place your order by mail order and include card payment details, we destroy the financial data as soon as the payment has been processed.

3.3 Why we collect data: We need the data you supply to respond to your enquiry or process your order. You will not be added to marketing lists unless you opt in yourself via the forms on the website or if you request to be added. We are required under UK tax law to keep this basic personal data for a minimum of 6 years. After that point the information will be kept until you notify us otherwise. 

3.4 Access to your data: You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you. To do so, please Contact Us. You also have a right to be forgotten, so you can Contact Us to request that we delete the data we hold. 

3.5 E-newsletter subscription: If you have opted to allow contact, we will send occasional newsletters by email. You may opt out of receiving e-newsletters at any time by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any such email.

4. Cookies

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart. They are also used after you have logged on for the same purpose.

We also use Universal Analytics cookies to help us understand how people use this website. You can find out more about Universal Analytics here.

5. Delivery and carriage charges

5.1 Orders are processed as quickly as possible.  However, as we are also a teaching studio, please allow approximately a week for us to process your order. Delivery then takes an additional 1-2 working days for UK orders, 3-5 working days for EU orders and 5-7 working days for the rest of the world. 

5.2 If your custom screen order is urgent, please contact us as we may be able to make your screens more quickly. Please do not rely on this: it is better to plan in advance and place important orders in good time (see above). 

Please only select Next Day Guaranteed Special Delivery if you have spoken to one of us first and know we can fulfill this request.

Next Day Delivery is not available for Design Library Screens.

5.3 Delays in processing times may occur for a number of reasons eg if custom image(s) supplied are unsuitable or if payment is delayed (echeque via Paypal or BACS). We will advise you by email of any undue delay in processing. 

5.4 Delivery times will vary according to destination and method of despatch. Please contact us if you need further information about a specific service.

5.5 Standard delivery for orders up to 2kg is Royal Mail First Class for UK orders and Royal Mail Airmail for EU and the rest of the world. Tracking is not available for these services.

5.6 Orders weighing over 2kg to UK, EU and the rest of the world will be despatched by one of the national carriers. Tracking numbers for these deliveries will be emailed to you.

5.7 Packaging: We use recyclable and, where possible, recycled packaging to post your order. This means that you may receive your items in repurposed boxes to protect them during transit.

6. Lost or damaged goods

6.1 Your order will be carefully packed and should arrive in good condition. Please check goods on delivery and contact us promptly if any item received is faulty or has been damaged in transit. We will replace any faulty or damaged items. Please retain the goods for possible inspection and/or return if requested.

6.2 Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage if you have requested that the goods are left unattended on delivery.

6.3 For deliveries by Royal Mail, an item is considered to be lost if undelivered after 14 working days in the UK. This increases to 20 working days for EU and 25 working days for the rest of the world. If your order has not arrived after this time has elapsed, we will replace your order. However, please note that we cannot accept responsibility for lost items if the address supplied is incorrect or incomplete.

7. Cancellations and returns

7.1 Non-standard items such as custom screens which are made to your specification, and large screens from our Design Library which are made to order, cannot be returned or exchanged.

7.2 Orders for other products may be cancelled or exchanged for a period of up to 14 days after delivery. Please advise us by email if you wish to cancel or exchange an item and wait for our reply before returning any products to us.

7.3 If you wish to cancel or exchange an item, it must be returned to us in the original condition and packaging.

7.4 Cancelled items should be returned within 14 days of cancellation at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If items returned are damaged or in an otherwise unsaleable condition, we reserve the right to charge you for the reduction in value.

7.5 Please obtain proof of postage or use a tracked service to return any cancelled items as we cannot refund you for any item which is lost in transit.

7.6 We will refund monies paid to us by you for items cancelled within 30 days of receiving them less any costs due under this contract.

7.7 This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Distance Selling Regulations, eg if goods are faulty.

3. Site uptime

3.1 We take all reasonable steps to ensure that this website is available 24 hours every day, 365 days a year. However, websites do sometimes encounter downtime due to server and other technical issues. Therefore we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.

4. Links to and from other websites

4.1 Any links to third party websites located on this website are provided for your convenience only. We have not reviewed each third party website and have no responsibility for such third party websites or their content.

4.2 If you would like to link to this website, you may only do so on the basis that you link to, but do not replicate, any page on this website and you do not in any way imply that we are endorsing any services or products unless this has been specifically agreed with us.

4.3 If you choose to link to our website in breach of Paragraph 4.2 you shall fully indemnify us for any loss or damage suffered as a result of your actions.

5.1 We take all reasonable steps to ensure that the information on this website is correct. However, we do not guarantee the correctness or completeness of material on this website. Neither we nor any other party (whether or not involved in producing, maintaining or delivering this website) shall be liable or responsible for any kind of loss or damage that may result to you or a third party as a result of your or their use of our website. This exclusion shall include servicing or repair costs and, without limitation, any other direct, indirect or consequential loss.
